EditSafely is free to use and does not require an account, so there is no dashboard or ticket system. The best way to reach us is simply by email.
We read every message and usually reply within a few days. A quick note: never include passwords or sensitive personal data in an email. The tools themselves never send us your data, and email should not either.
What to write to us about
- Report a bug. Tell us which tool, what you entered (a small sample is enough) and what you expected to happen. We fix reported bugs quickly.
- Suggest a tool. Missing a tool you need? Describe the job it should do and we will consider adding it to the collection.
- Ask a question. Anything about the site, how the tools work or how your data is handled. See the Privacy Policy for the short answer: it stays on your device.
- Advertising and business. For anything related to advertising, partnerships or the website itself, drop us a line and we will get back to you.
